Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading end to end recruitment & selection process, sourcing candidates, managing interviews and enabling PakWheels.com to hire the best people out there
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new joiners to help them understand their assigned duties, terms and conditions of employment as well as the organizational processes, policies and culture
  • Responsible for overall performance management; including goals setting, continuous monitoring of task assignments, conduct performance audits and ensure closure of performance reviews
  • Responsible to oversee overall HR Operations
  • Conduct training need assessment of the organization and manage learning and development opportunities
  • Ensuring that accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place and people are aware of their deliverables
  • Manage people’s concerns and help them stay engaged and focused towards their deliverables
  • Manage corporate HR reporting and provide decision support inputs using data
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, processes, procedures and practices across the organization and nurture a positive working environment
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital

Requirements:  

  • BBA / MBA in Human Resources or related field  
  • 3-5 years of experience at managerial rank
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be great at multi-tasking, prioritising and managing time
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
