PakWheels.com is currently looking for a Compliance and Audit Manager to drive and navigate a team rallying in this revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop company wide audit checklists and compliance framework.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures.
- Supervise and conduct periodic audits of company wide processes across all departments and identify improvement areas.
- Create and manage effective mitigation plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Review legal documents, agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
- Carrying out Risk Assessment periodically covering all major types of risks such as Financial, Operational, Legal and Compliance Risk.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
- 5 - 6 years’ proven experience in a compliance and audit role.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
