Job Description:

Strong negotiation abilities to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with influencers.
Make sure to take deliverables from Influencers.  
Ability to handle various personalities and manage influencer relationships professionally.
Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Identify and vet influencers based on audience demographics and brand fit.
Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with brand initiatives.
Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring brand messaging and quality.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in real-time.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports to inform future influencer marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Strategic thinker
