Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maximum visits in a day to meet your daily listing/sales target. Minimum 10 visits required per day and 20+ ads posted
  • Ensure coverage of each and every dealer in the market in 30 days.
  • Set you visit frequency at Subscribed Dealers as below:
    •     Bronze, Silver                         1 visit / week
    •     Gold, Diamond, Platinum        2 visits / week
  • Increase active dealers, self-posting dealers and inventory coverage
  • Increase paying dealerships 
  • Increase active dealers, self-posting dealers and inventory coverage

 

Pre-Visit Requirements:

  • In case of any delay in reaching office report it on Whatsapp group
  • Review ads posted against dealership accounts (ad age, last updated, price, information, pictures etc) and identify improvement areas
  • Review phone requests, views against each ad and identify poor performing ads and action items
  • Review sold via PW in last 30 days to see how many cars are sold by PW so far in last 30 days
  • Utilization of free boosts 
  • Utilization of available featured ad credits/paid package 
  • Last ad posted by dealer 
  • App login status of dealer 
  • Finalize paid offering to be pitched to dealer based on dealer activity level
  • Review CRM deal and last visit notes and prepare for current meeting

Please ensure pre-visit notes are documented properly in writing pad so that visit is super productive.

 

Visit Requirements:

  • Add new inventory that is available on the dealer lot and is available for sale
  • Maintain listing quality while posting ads of dealers, it includes:
    • Perform excellent quality photo shoot of the the cars from every angle.
    • Proper display picture taken from the front.
    • Correct Year, Make, Model, Version and features to be mention.
    • Proper detailed description to be given in seller comments
    • Realistic price to be added with each ad. High or No price lead to low response for sellers. 
  • Remove ads that are sold and are no longer available, ask dealer for medium of sale and sold price. 
  • Update ads that are not sold for quite some time, use free boosts if available against ads, ask dealer if they want to update price
  • Count # of available cars on dealer lot and update relevant section on PakWheels.com system
  • Train every dealer on how to use PakWheels app on desktop or on phone for posting and managing their inventory themselves
  • Provide introduction of relevant paid offering, always pitch a product matching the customer needs
  • Provide feedback to dealer on listed inventory and update ads where corrective action is agreed (changes in information, prices, pictures, etc)
  • Provide introduction of relevant paid offering, always pitch a product matching the customer needs
  • Remove sold cars if any that are still listed on PakWheels.com. Update sale price if dealer is willing to provide.
  • Boost ads if any free boosts available
  • Train every dealer on how to use PakWheels app on desktop or on phone for posting and managing their inventory themselves

Please ensure visit notes are documented properly in writing pad so that they can be properly documented and updated in CRM.

 

Post-Visit Requirements: 

  • Update CRM with detailed visit report covering all items discussed above. 
  • Update CRM pipeline if any active deals in progress or create new deal if dealer has shown interest in new product offering
  • Update customer satisfaction status of all customer in CRM (if there is any change) and decide next action item if dealer is not satisfied
  • Provide relevant feedback to inventory executive if any issues faced with inventory
  • Report following numbers in the dealer sale Whatsapp Group at the end of the shift
    • Meeting
    • Visits
    • Ads
    • Sales

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Total Visits
  • Total active dealerships % (at-least 1 ad posted in last 30 days)
  • Total ads posted from assigned dealerships
    • Posted by Dealer 
    • Posted by Self
  • Total self-using dealerships (Total dealers who posted ads themselves / Total assigned dealers)
  • Total inventory coverage from assigned dealerships (Total cars on PW / Total cars on lot)
  • Total activities completed and dealers actually met
  • Total sales
  • Total revenue growth from paying dealerships
  • Retention of subscribed dealers
