Marketing Analyst - SEM

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst (SEM) for Performance Marketing team. This is an ideal position for a person with a passion for learning and develop skills in online Advertising.

Job Description:

  • Create and implement SEO/SEM strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and Analysis. Actively measure results on a daily basis, also keeping in mind the key Performance Indicators (Sessions, Bounce rate, Page Views, Leads, etc)
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Create SEM strategy, manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO Tasks are Properly Implemented
  • Crunching numbers and conducting research to ensure SEO/SEM delivers the best results
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting and formulating documents for the meetings
  • Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization


Job Requirements:

  • Must have hands-on experience in running PPC campaigns on Google AdWords
  • At least one year’s experience in PPC/SEM
  • Have Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science)
  • Good understanding of on-site and off-site SEO, Google AdWords, PPC
  • Experience with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with other aspects of Digital Marketing
  • Strong communication skills
