- Effectively manage team of sales executive across multiple cities and build market dominance ultimately leading to revenue
- Build strong relationship with clients, understand their needs (frequent field visits) and come up with effective ways to pitch and sell existing PakWheels.com products and develop new ones
- Work closely with field sales team to consult, coach and monitor their activity
- Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events and promote the company's brands through all possible means
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Minimum Bachelors (MBA can be a plus)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field sales people
- Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through sales team
- Great communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars) and creative
