PakWheels is looking for Admin Officer for its headoffice Lahore
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office Operations – Ensure General office maintenance, cleanliness to make the sitting place healthy and comfortable
- Procurement – Ensure to procure the required high-quality equipment and materials with the help of Manager Admin.
- Security – Ensure the security of premises and employees
- Cafe management – Ensure the availability of quality food for the PakWheels family in PakWheels Cafe
- Genset/Electricity Backup – Manage the Generators and UPS to keep the power up and running 24/7
- Construction/Renovation of offices – Manage renovation and constructions in the office.
- Store Inventory management – Inventory management to ensure that the necessary items are available all the time.
- Travel Desk – Make the traveling and lodging arrangements for company officials.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Intermediate/graduate with a relevant experience of 2+ years
- Young, energetic, eager to work in standard environment/culture
- Having good communication, motivational and team management skills
