PakWheels is looking for  Admin Officer for its headoffice Lahore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office Operations – Ensure General office maintenance, cleanliness to make the sitting place healthy and comfortable
  • Procurement – Ensure to procure the required high-quality equipment and materials with the help of Manager Admin.
  • Security – Ensure the security of premises and employees
  • Cafe management – Ensure the availability of quality food for the PakWheels family in PakWheels Cafe
  • Genset/Electricity Backup – Manage the Generators and UPS to keep the power up and running 24/7
  • Construction/Renovation of offices – Manage renovation and constructions in the office.
  • Store Inventory management – Inventory management to ensure that the necessary items are available all the time.
  • Travel Desk – Make the traveling and lodging arrangements for company officials.

 SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Intermediate/graduate with a relevant experience of 2+ years
  • Young, energetic, eager to work in standard environment/culture
  • Having good communication, motivational and team management skills
