Product Management Intern

Job Summary:

Pakwheels, Pakistan's #1 Automotive Marketplace, is looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team. As a Product Management Intern, you will be supporting the product team in executing the company's product vision and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand user needs, identify trends, and inform product decisions
• Assist in the development of product specifications and requirements
• Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog
• Support product launches and updates by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Attend and participate in product meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Assist in conducting user testing and feedback sessions
• Create and maintain documentation, such as user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Passion for technology and a desire to work in product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus
