As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at PakWheels.com, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry in Pakistan by managing and serving our customer base of used car dealerships. You will engage with dealership owners and sales agents, fostering strong relationships to help them maximize sales and optimize their use of the PakWheels.com platform. This role requires exceptional communication, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to assigned markets to ensure all dealership stock (cars & bikes) is accurately updated on PakWheels.com.
- Train dealership owners and sales agents on the effective use of PakWheels.com applications and products.
- Provide ongoing consultancy to dealerships to improve listing quality and increase sales through PakWheels.com.
- Present and sell PakWheels.com’s products using effective sales techniques to both current and prospective clients (e.g., car dealers).
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and helping them achieve sales growth.
- Work closely with head office teams to achieve and surpass pre-defined sales targets.
- Represent PakWheels.com as a brand ambassador at automotive events and promote the company’s services and products.
- Offer in-depth feedback to dealerships on improving their sales using PakWheels.com tools and services.
- Introduce and drive the uptake of new PakWheels.com products and offerings with assigned clients.
- Consistently drive revenue growth by supporting existing clients in increasing their sales.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts with existing clients.
- Maintain close follow-ups and regular visits to build strong relationships with assigned dealerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate with a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email communication.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage new technologies to enhance business growth and client engagement.
