Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist at PakWheels.com, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with the events team to plan, promote, and execute auto shows across Pakistan, while actively engaging with local automotive clubs, influencers, and enthusiasts. You will foster vibrant communities both online and offline, encourage participation on PakWheels forums, and help grow our presence in niche social media groups

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the events team to plan, promote, and execute auto shows across Pakistan. Engage with local automotive clubs, influencers, and enthusiasts to ensure active participation and successful events.
• Foster a positive and interactive atmosphere by regularly engaging with automotive communities on social media platforms, forums, and during events.
• Encourage frequent community participation to increase engagement and traffic on PakWheels forums. Initiate discussions, content challenges, and other strategies to boost forum activity.
• Lead efforts to grow PakWheels' presence in niche social media communities. Engage with existing groups and create new ones focused on user-generated content to expand our reach and deepen community involvement.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, forum traffic, Facebook community growth, and event feedback. Provide regular reports to the management team with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in community management, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Well-knitted within the Pakistani automotive community, with strong connections and an understanding of local automotive clubs and enthusiasts.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for events and engage with communities in different cities.
