We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a proven track record in recruiting technical talent across both blue-collar and white-collar sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is well-versed in modern recruitment strategies, and can effectively utilize social media platforms to source and attract top talent.  

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and recruit blue and white-collar employees.
  • Use field experience to source candidates through networking, referrals, and social media channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
  • Oversee exit processes, including exit interviews and final clearance.
  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates through social media, job portals, and networking platforms.
  • Assist with tools and inventory management for operational efficiency.
  • Provide additional support for operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, especially field recruitment for technical roles.
  • Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Proficiency in computing, especially with MS Office and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
