We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a proven track record in recruiting technical talent across both blue-collar and white-collar sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is well-versed in modern recruitment strategies, and can effectively utilize social media platforms to source and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and recruit blue and white-collar employees.
- Use field experience to source candidates through networking, referrals, and social media channels.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
- Oversee exit processes, including exit interviews and final clearance.
- Develop and manage recruitment campaigns on social media platforms.
- Engage with potential candidates through social media, job portals, and networking platforms.
- Assist with tools and inventory management for operational efficiency.
- Provide additional support for operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, especially field recruitment for technical roles.
- Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Proficiency in computing, especially with MS Office and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- This position is open to Male candidates due to the nature of fieldwork involved.
