Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Train team of sales reps on best-selling strategies and follow-ups (scripts, rebuttals and conduct mock calls with team members)
  • Conduct daily huddle meetings with all sales and operations staff
  • Track team performance and update staff on daily, weekly and monthly performance (Sales & Operations)
  • Listen calls of team members and provide feedback for improvement
  • Define sales targets for all reps
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize overall performance
  • Monitor team KPIs such as sales, answer rate, login time, adherence, connected calls and talk time
  • use data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales strategy and operational tasks
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to facilitate their professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation from a reputed institute
  • Effective communication, outstanding negotiation, and selling skills
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience of handling sales team in a leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of call center terminologies and CRM softwares
