PakWheels.com is seeking a Customer Support and Ad Moderation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring PakWheels' high standards of customer service, while also maintaining the quality and compliance of ads posted on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review user-generated content, including comments, posts, reviews, and images
  • Contact customers to verify ad details through phone calls, ensuring authenticity and adherence to platform standards
  • Identify and address fake, spam, or reported ads, taking necessary action as per company guidelines
  • Review and approve pending ads, ensuring they meet the required criteria before going live on the website
  • Update and modify ads based on customer requests to maintain high-quality listings
  • Direct potential leads and inquiries to the appropriate sales teams for further handling
  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken and ensure every pending ad is reviewed and resolved within the designated shift
  • Prioritize and manage workload efficiently, ensuring timely moderation and live status of ads

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation from a reputed institute
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to policies and procedures
  • Experience in ad moderation or customer support is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
