Key responsibilities include vendor negotiations, stock management, training support staff, and upholding health and safety standards through regular inspections. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily office operations, including coordination between various departments.
  • Monitor a high standard of office cleanliness and maintain schedules for the facility.
  • Ensure all office equipment and utilities are in proper working condition.
  • Design and implement training programs for office support staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • To avoid shortages, monitor stock levels and manage procurement processes for office supplies, cleaning materials, and other necessary items.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to manage reports, presentations, and office systems.
  • Leverage software tools to streamline facility and administrative processes.
  • Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in the hospitality industry or a top tech company.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
