Social Media Executive

PakWheels is looking for a sharp, trend-savvy Social Media Executive who knows how to grow and manage digital communities across platforms. You’ll be responsible for curating and publishing high-performing content, staying ahead of social trends, and ensuring growth across Meta, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). You should be someone who checks insights daily, understands what’s working, and can pivot content strategies accordingly.

This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, analytical, and obsessed with social-first content that drives reach, engagement, and conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp Channel, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn using Buffer and native tools.
• Maintain platform consistency and follow content calendars, ensuring timely execution.
• Actively monitor automotive, pop culture, meme, and audio trends.
• Pitch and post viral-style content that’s relevant to the PakWheels audience.
• Monitor reach, shares, and follower growth.
• Regularly suggest content angles and experiments based on trending formats and audience behavior
• Track and report content performance via Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, X Pro (formerly TweetDeck), and Buffer Analytics.
• Analyze post-by-post performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and CTRs.
• Know what the auto community is discussing — from car launches to auto memes.
• Keep an eye on comments, DMs, and shares to identify pain points, feedback, and content opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience
• Knows how to drive organic reach and engagement
• Obsessed with trends, memes, and storytelling
• Quick to respond, execute, and adapt
• Comfortable with analytics and content planning
• Strong writing skills can write catchy captions and hooks
• Interest in the automotive space is a huge plus
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, LinkedIn Analytics, X Pro (TweetDeck), Canva for quick edits or text‑based creatives, WhatsApp Channels management, performance tracking in Google Sheets, and video editing in CapCut.
