We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive with proven experience in technical recruitment as well as core HR operations. This role requires someone who can independently lead recruitment drives—especially for field and blue-collar roles—while also supporting essential HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Source candidates through field visits, networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference/background checks.
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and initial training for new hires.
  • Handle exit formalities including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
  • Run recruitment campaigns and engagement initiatives across social media and digital channels.
  • Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruitment data.
  • Support operational functions, including tools and inventory management when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially in technical and field hiring.
  • Strong exposure to hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups) for sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground recruitment activities.
