  • Identify and manage fake, spam, or reported ads, executing actions aligned with company guidelines to maintain trust and credibility on the platform.
  • Review and approve pending ads, confirming compliance with required criteria before publication on the website.
  • Update, modify, and enhance ads based on customer requests, ensuring listings maintain high quality and remain competitive.
  • Redirect potential customer leads and inquiries to appropriate sales teams for further assistance and engagement.
  • Keep precise records of actions taken and ensure all pending ads are reviewed and resolved within the designated timeframe to maintain optimal turnaround.
  • Prioritize workload effectively, balancing timely ad moderation with customer support duties to provide consistent service excellence.

Qualifications:
