Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content, including comments, posts, reviews, and images, to maintain platform quality and compliance.
- Contact customers through phone calls to verify ad details, ensuring authenticity, adherence to platform policies, and a superior user experience.
- Identify and manage fake, spam, or reported ads, executing actions aligned with company guidelines to maintain trust and credibility on the platform.
- Review and approve pending ads, confirming compliance with required criteria before publication on the website.
- Update, modify, and enhance ads based on customer requests, ensuring listings maintain high quality and remain competitive.
- Redirect potential customer leads and inquiries to appropriate sales teams for further assistance and engagement.
- Keep precise records of actions taken and ensure all pending ads are reviewed and resolved within the designated timeframe to maintain optimal turnaround.
- Prioritize workload effectively, balancing timely ad moderation with customer support duties to provide consistent service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
