Senior Learning & Development Executive

Job Summary

At PaKWheels we are looking for a smart, curious, and driven Senior Learning and Development Executive who is passionate about shaping learning experiences that unlock employee potential and drive business performance. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:                                  

• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and design learning interventions aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and manage internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning pathways.
• Curate learning content using a mix of online platforms, in-person sessions, and self-paced resources.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced training programs and ensure content quality and delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance impact, and data-driven analysis.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization using creative communication and engagement strategies.
• Create and manage E-Learning courses using Google Classroom, ensuring engaging and interactive content & coordinate onboarding programs and early talent development tracks.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and compliance-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR); L&D certifications are a plus.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a desire to make an impact from day one.
• Experience with digital learning platforms is preferred.
