Job Summary
At PakWheels we are looking for a competent and proactive Branch Manager to lead and oversee our Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, managing inventory, and leading a team of technicians and support staff. A strong understanding of automotive maintenance, especially oil change services, vehicle inspection procedures, lubricants, filters, and OEM recommendations, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service center to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and productivity targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell PWs products and value-added services.
- Track daily performance reports (POS, sales summaries, margins).
- Ensure compliance with PakWheels Service center SOPs, health, safety, environmental standards, quality checks, and labor laws.
- Monitor inventory levels of lubricants, filters, tools, and consumables; coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation in the POS/system.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through timely service, transparency, and courtesy.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions for service improvement.
- Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
- Ensure all staff follow grooming standards, uniforms, and attendance policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team, covering both technical knowledge and soft skills.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and safety gear are properly used and maintained.
- Report accidents, damages, or violations immediately to management.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- DAE / Inter / Matric Automotive Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automotive service operations, oil change facilities, or multi-service car care centers
- Proven track record of leading service teams, achieving sales and service targets, and managing customer-facing operations
- Strong understanding of:
- Automotive lubricants, filters, and general vehicle maintenance
- Vehicle health checks and inspection procedures
- Car wash equipment and detailing processes
- Experience in team management and staff training
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and daily operational reporting
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reconciliation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
