As an Corporate Event Management Intern at PakWheels, you will assist in planning and executing on-ground events, car shows, and activations across Pakistan. This role offers hands-on experience in event operations, branding, and coordination, providing an excellent opportunity to learn how large-scale automotive events are organized from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise stall making,Brand Embassadors, branding, signage, and panaflex printing.
  • Ensure smooth execution of test drives, registrations, and on-ground activations.
  • Lead event-day operations and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Procurement of supplies, vendor coordination.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping of events efficiently.
  • Lead and supervise event staff, volunteers, ushers, and support staff.
  • Manage transportation, accommodation, and supplies for staff and vendors.
  • Prepare event reports, sponsor feedback, and financial reconciliations.
  • Submit administrative reports on office expenses, procurement, and assets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Interest in events execution Event Branding, panaflex, stall making, and activations.
  • Good in communication, negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work late hours, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Experience with large-scale events (auto shows/exhibitions) will be a plus.
