Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Operator at PakWheels, you will be responsible for entering customer records, job cards, and daily reports, as well as monitoring and maintaining stock levels of consumables used in service bays.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer records, job cards, and service data in the system daily.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, services, and customer visits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as per management requirement.
• Review data for errors and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Monitor inventory levels in service bays (Racks) and coordinate with the store to top up materials when stock runs low.
• Maintain record of stock usage and consumption for each service bay.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure proper filing of documents.

Qualification : 

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in data entry or auto service administration will be preferred.
