Field Executive – Site Development & Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Field Executive to support our Facilities Development & Management team. The role is primarily field-based and involves site identification, construction quality monitoring, and measurement verification for new oil change service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market surveys and field visits to identify suitable locations for new oil change centers
• Evaluate sites based on accessibility, visibility, and commercial viability
• Assist in shortlisting and finalizing potential locations
• Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Perform on-site measurement checks and verify work as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Report daily/weekly field updates with photos and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or quality assurance
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements
• Experience in fieldwork / outdoor job is a must
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to travel frequently and spend most of the time on-site
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred)

Job Nature:

• Knowledge of construction quality standards
