ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own content end to end: keyword research, competitor analysis, web copy, and blog content,  all built to rank and be useful. Search has changed. AI Overviews now sit above blue links for millions of queries, and the writers who understand that are the ones still getting traffic. Your job is to make PakWheels visible everywhere.

Automotive background is a strong advantage. You don't need to know how an engine works, but you do need to think like a car buyer.

WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR

The skill that matters most here is not writing. It is thinking. Anyone can produce a draft. What we need is someone who can:

• Look at a topic and immediately identify the real question behind it
• Read a SERP and understand why the top results are winning, and find an opportunity to kill them
• Spot a content gap before being told it exists
• Structure an article so the reader gets the answer and Google does too
• Know when a piece is actually finished versus just long

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research competitor content, find gaps, and build around them
• Map keywords across intent stages: informational, commercial, transactional
• Write web copy, landing pages, and blog content using a problem-to-solution structure
• Deliver publish-ready drafts with meta tags, heading hierarchy, and internal links built in
• Audit underperforming content, diagnose first, rewrite second
• Train team members if needed
• Track performance in GSC and Ahrefs and act on what the data says
• Coordinate with SEO, editorial, design, and social effectively for aligned targets and distribution

WHO YOU ARE

• 4 to 5 years in SEO content, journalism, or automotive writing
• You write to rank, not just to meet targets
• You understand search intent and match format to it automatically
• Independent. You own your deadlines and your quality
• Familiar with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or GSC
• Leverage AI tools carefully to speed up work and improve execution
• Up to speed on how Google selects content for AI Overviews and featured snippets

YOU WILL STRUGGLE HERE IF

• You think GEO has something to do with geography
• You know cool SEO terms (semantic SEO, LSI, EEAT, intent), but only in theory
• Your keyword research stops at search volume
• You write for word count, not for rankings
• You need more than 48 hours from brief to publish-ready draft
• You have never audited your own published content
