Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about administration? PakWheels is looking for an Administrative Intern to support day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, tracker management, expense claims, and stakeholder coordination.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and documentation.
- Create, update, and manage trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets.
- Process expense claims, payment requests, reimbursements, and maintain supporting documentation.
- Track pending tasks, approvals, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain meeting records, and support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and routine administrative correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and ensure accurate record management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, tracker management, and basic reporting.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
