Senior Product Designer

Objective

PakWheels is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centric digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will drive product design initiatives from discovery to delivery, collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to building scalable design systems that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to high-fidelity designs and implementation.
• Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize features.
• Drive and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards across products.
• Leverage product analytics, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously optimize product performance.
• Facilitate design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor Product Designers to improve design quality and consistency.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-centric design principles across the organization.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design workflows, ideation, prototyping, and productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and measurable business impact.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use product analytics and user insights to make data-driven design decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Experience designing for marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or other consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies will be an added advantage.
