Job Summary:

PakWheels.com is seeking a trend-savvy, creatively sharp, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its Social Media, Influencer Marketing, PR and Brand Partnerships teams. In this role, you will shape the brand's digital presence, drive the creation of fresh and relevant content, capitalize on breaking automotive news and trends, and accelerate growth across platforms.

You will deliver on social media growth metrics, retain PakWheels' top-of-mind awareness, and deliver the operating plan and campaign objectives across business units through strong cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Design, Video, Content and Performance teams. As a leader, you will define platform strategies, maintain strong visual and editorial standards, drive data-led decision making, and build a culture of speed, creativity, and accountability within the team.

The ideal candidate is deeply plugged into digital culture and emerging trends, has a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and can turn insights into high-performing, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Social media growth

  • Grow social media channels and distribution, retain PakWheels' top-of-mind awareness, and ensure leadership across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel and any other emerging platform that matters
  • Plan and execute high-quality, high-reach content that rides viral trends while building trust through informative content
  • Drive real-time content around breaking automotive news, industry trends, launches, features, and cultural moments to strengthen PakWheels' position as Pakistan's leading automotive platform
  • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, technologies, and creator behaviours, identifying opportunities for PakWheels to experiment, innovate, and grow

Brand calendars and campaigns

  • Plan and execute brand calendars in close coordination with Business Units and internal marketing teams (Video, Design, Content, Performance) and vendors where needed
  • Collaborate closely with Video, Content and Design teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Deliver campaign leads, listings and orders from for each business unit

Influencer, PR and brand partnerships

  • Strong sense of the influencer scene; leverage those relationships for brand promotions and partnerships with clear ROI
  • Strong PR network to establish nationwide messaging to announce events, campaigns and launches.
  • Source and deliver brand partnerships from pitch to co-branded execution and renewal

Owned channels

  • Own push notifications, newsletters and WhatsApp marketing: establish solid micro-segments, and achieve and track ROI (CTR, sessions, conversions)

Sentiment and reporting

  • Establish and track sentiment for PakWheels and sub-brands across social media and outlets
  • Report performance weekly with clear numbers and next actions

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in social media, PR or influencer marketing, including team leadership, preferably within a fast-paced, media-driven, or digital-first environment
  • Strong understanding of social media growth, platform trends, audience behaviour, and digital strategy
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring social, PR and influencer teams and working cross-functionally with design and video teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business and audience growth
  • Strong understanding of analytics, audience segmentation, and push/email/WhatsApp marketing tools
  • Experience working with AI and creative technology tools to improve productivity and output
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
  • A deep understanding of the automotive industry, Pakistani digital audience, and local content landscape will be a strong advantage
