Arabic Translator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Arabic Translator to manage and maintain high-quality Arabic automotive content across ArabWheels UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong Arabic writing skills, excellent English-to-Arabic translation abilities, and a good understanding of automotive terminology and GCC audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate automotive blogs written for ArabWheels UAE and KSA from English to Arabic while maintaining accuracy, tone, and context.
• Translate car makes / models for both platforms.
• Review, proofread, and audit existing Arabic content across the ArabWheels UAE and KSA websites.
• Ensure Arabic content is grammatically correct and suitable for a GCC audience.
• Maintain consistency in vernacular Arabic terminology, especially for car brands, models, technical specifications, features, and automotive terms.
• Work closely with the English content and editorial teams to ensure the Arabic version accurately reflects the original content.
• Assist with translating headlines, captions, social media copy, and other marketing content when required.

Requirements

• Excellent command of vernacular Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Arabic proofreading and editing skills.
• Previous experience in translation, and content writing.
• Familiarity with UAE and KSA audiences and dialect/language preferences.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content requirements simultaneously.
