We are looking for a dynamic and creative experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including budget tracking, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities to drive growth.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, including agencies and technology partners.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as google data analytics, GA4, google sheets and Microsoft excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
