PakWheels.com is currently looking for a Car Transaction Assistant Manager to drive and navigate a team rallying in this revolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all company-defined protocols and processes are strictly adhered to by the sales team.
  • Meet sales targets within the assigned region in a timely manner.
  • Regularly visit key customers and actively participate in car transactions to gain deep insights into the business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Update the system as per requirements to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient sales operations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction among car buyers and sellers through exemplary service delivery and prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  • Keep the sales team motivated by providing support, guidance, and encouragement to achieve their targets.
  • Conduct internal trainings to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Recruit and train a team of high-performance car sales professionals to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with car dealers to expand the sales network and increase sales volume.
  • Provide daily reporting on fieldwork and demonstrate desirable progress to management as required.
  • Maintain focus on the sales funnel to effectively manage leads and opportunities for maximizing sales outcomes.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving sales success.
